Dichiarazione di Esclusione di Responsabilità e Conformità in Materia di Diritti d’Autore e Licenze Musicali
TT Sound, cittadino italiano ma residente legalmente all’estero, dichiara e conferma quanto segue in relazione all’attività di diffusione musicale svolta:
- Residenza e Giurisdizione
TT Sound opera esclusivamente dall’estero, dove ha la propria residenza legale e fiscale, e non svolge attività di diffusione musicale in forma diretta sul territorio italiano.
- Obblighi di Licenza in Italia
In virtù della propria residenza all’estero e della natura delle attività svolte, TT Sound non è tenuto ad attivare licenze accessorie presso la SIAE o altri enti italiani per la gestione dei diritti musicali relativi alle proprie opere o alle opere da lui diffuse.
- Diffusione tramite Piattaforme Digitali
Le opere musicali di TT Sound, nonché eventuali contenuti da lui prodotti o diffusi, sono trasmesse esclusivamente tramite piattaforme digitali e social network, in particolare YouTube, che gestiscono autonomamente la raccolta, la distribuzione e la tutela dei diritti d’autore attraverso sistemi di gestione collettiva (es. Content ID).
- Gestione dei Diritti d’Autore
TT Sound si avvale delle piattaforme digitali per la gestione integrale dei diritti d’autore e delle relative remunerazioni, esonerandosi da qualsiasi obbligo diretto di attivazione di licenze o autorizzazioni presso enti italiani quali la SIAE.
- Dichiarazione di Conformità
TT Sound garantisce che tutte le opere da lui diffuse sono conformi alle normative vigenti in materia di diritto d’autore e che detiene i diritti necessari per la loro pubblicazione e distribuzione tramite le piattaforme indicate.
- Esclusione di Responsabilità
Qualsiasi responsabilità relativa alla gestione dei diritti d’autore, alla raccolta delle royalties e alla distribuzione dei compensi derivanti dalla diffusione delle opere di TT Sound tramite social network e piattaforme digitali è da intendersi esclusivamente a carico delle stesse piattaforme, in conformità con i loro termini di servizio e accordi con le società di gestione collettiva.

TT Sound, an Italian citizen legally residing abroad, hereby declares and confirms the following with regard to his music broadcasting activities:
- Residence and Jurisdiction
TT Sound operates exclusively from abroad, where he maintains his legal and tax residence, and does not carry out any direct music broadcasting activities within Italian territory.
- Licensing Obligations in Italy
By virtue of his residence abroad and the nature of the activities performed, TT Sound is not required to obtain ancillary licenses from SIAE or other Italian entities for the management of music rights related to his own works or to works he disseminates.
- Distribution via Digital Platforms
TT Sound’s musical works, as well as any content produced or disseminated by him, are transmitted exclusively through digital platforms and social networks—particularly YouTube—which independently manage the collection, distribution, and protection of copyright through collective management systems (e.g., Content ID).
- Copyright Management
TT Sound relies on digital platforms for the full management of copyright and related remuneration, thereby exempting himself from any direct obligation to activate licenses or authorizations with Italian entities such as SIAE.
- Compliance Statement
TT Sound guarantees that all works disseminated by him comply with applicable copyright regulations and that he holds the necessary rights for their publication and distribution through the aforementioned platforms.
- Disclaimer of Liability
Any responsibility concerning the management of copyright, the collection of royalties, and the distribution of compensation deriving from the dissemination of TT Sound’s works through social networks and digital platforms shall be understood as resting exclusively with those platforms, in accordance with their terms of service and agreements with collective management organizations.
