TT Sound Group wishes to clearly, transparently, and unequivocally clarify its nature and operational methods, in order to avoid any possible misunderstanding or misinterpretation by authorities such as cyber police units, tax agencies, or other entities responsible for monitoring commercial activities, tax evasion, or fraudulent behavior.

1. TT Sound Group is not a commercial activity
TT Sound Group does not in any way constitute a commercial enterprise. It has no registered office, no VAT number, and no form of registration as a business or company. There are no offices, employees, or paid collaborators. We do not engage in any economic activity aimed at generating profit.

2. Nature of the activity: art and self‑funding
TT Sound Group is a collective of authors and artists who present their work in a neutral, independent, and verifiable manner. Our activity consists exclusively of creating and sharing artistic works, publicly available and freely accessible online since 2020.

Any amounts received from third parties do not constitute payments for services or commercial products, but rather voluntary self‑funding contributions from those who appreciate our work. These contributions are to be understood as donations, without any obligation or right to receive a commercial counterpart.

3. Management of contributions
Donations or self‑funding contributions are managed exclusively through third‑party financial service platforms such as Monese, Revolut, and similar services, via direct and transparent links. TT Sound Group has no direct control over these platforms and does not issue tax receipts, invoices, or any commercial accounting documents.

4. Absence of corporate or commercial structure
There is no company, association, or legal entity behind TT Sound Group. We have no employees, paid collaborators, or commercial agents. We do not engage in sales activities, nor do we promote advertising campaigns or commercial marketing.

5. Transparency and verifiability
All works and activities of TT Sound Group are public, transparent, and verifiable online. Anyone can access the content, verify its authenticity, and confirm its non‑commercial nature. There are no elements that constitute an economic or commercial activity.

Conclusion
In summary, TT Sound Group is an independent, non‑profit artistic project with no commercial or corporate structure, funded exclusively through voluntary donations managed by external financial services. We do not issue invoices or tax documents, we have no employees or registered office, and we do not engage in any commercial activity.

This clarification is provided to prevent any misunderstanding or suspicion of tax evasion, fraud, or illegal activity, and to firmly reaffirm the purely artistic and non‑commercial nature of our group.
